It’s finally here – the Paper Fair is this Saturday at Toronto’ First Post Office!

This is the annual show that brings together an amazing group of stationers, illustrators, makers, designers and purveyors of beautiful paper goods! If you’re a snail mail junkie you probably already have this marked in your calendar. If not – see you there?! It’ll be loads of fun, I promise!!

When: Saturday June 16, 2018 11am – 5pm.

The Paper Fair at Toronto’s First Post Office is just around the corner! It’s such a treat to be included in the annual show for paper and snail mail enthusiasts. Expect Toronto’s finest stationery including greeting cards, pins, stickers, art prints, postcards, paper ephemera, handbound books and more!

Tomorrow is the amazing Paper Fair at Toronto’s First Post Office! I’ll be there from 4pm – 7pm, but the show runs 12noon -7pm, so be sure to stop by!

New this year you can find vendors both outdoors and indoors, which means more paper goods to choose from! (Think designers of fancy greeting cards, stationers, bookbinder(s), vendors of paper ephemera, you get the idea!)

Springtime Workshop Addition!!

I know it’s cold and wintery here in Toronto right now, but I’ve been working away planning springtime workshops! The newest addition to the schedule is the return of the Coptic Stitch class over at Toronto’s First Post Office. We’ll cover the basics of bookbinding, go over the tools of the trade and then learn how to put it all together into a beautiful handcrafted journal. This is a hands-on class and students will leave with a finished project.

All materials are supplied. This workshop is intended for adults. This is a great introduction to bookbinding, and also suitable for more experienced paper crafters, looking for a refresher.

Today’s the day! Sprouts Press will be at the Valentine’s Day Paper Fair!! Expect lots of handmade goodies from myself and other talented, local makers: stationery, greeting cards, enamel pins, journals and more!
